Boston Down’s Syndrome Family Group is a friendly, informal group for families with young children with Down’s syndrome. Starting on Saturday 14 January, they will be meeting fortnightly between 10am and 11.30am at St Christopher’s Children’s Centre.
The group was awarded £1,000 of funding from the Boston Big Local Community Chest. The money has been used to buy soft play equipment and sensory toys (pictured) to help create a fun environment where the children can play safely. Boston Big Local wishes the group all the very best for a successful launch and hopes the new toys and equipment will get a big thumbs up from the children and their parents.
