On the 17th & 18th of July the beach was once again installed into Central Park for the duration of the school summer holidays.
This is the 6th time we have funded the installation and the linked beach events that goes with it.
Our £11,000 funding this year enabled Boston Borough Council to organise the beach and its events.

This year’s events were as follows:

Boston Beach Event

Thursday 17th and Friday 18th August – 10am to 3pm
Magician, Donkey Rides, Face Painting, Art and Craft, Bouncy Castle, Beach Area, Giant Tortoises and Fun Games.

Teddy Bears Picnic

Wednesday 19th July
12 noon – 2pm
For pre-school children, nurseries, babies and toddlers.

Golden Time

Thursday 10th August
2pm – 4pm
For those over 50, those living with dementia and their carer’s.
