Every four months our community chest and events panel has met to consider all funding applications. On the 11th January 2024 we met for our final funding meeting to allocate the last of our funds. We awarded an amazing £22,000 to worthy projects.

To continue to offer this free service to our listeners.
Boston Town Amateur Boxing Club – £750
To buy new headguards and gloves.
Holy Trinity Youth & Children’s Work – £750
To purchase new bean bags to sit on during our sessions.
Friends of Fydell House – £1500
To purchase a marquee style tent.
Feathers Teens CIC – £1500
To fund group sessions, including activities and crafts.
Boston Stitchers – £1500
To fund & widely advertise next year’s planned event.
Boston Community Transport – £1500
Provide our volunteers with fuel vouchers.
Carers First – £750
To organise events for Carers at the Boston wellbeing group.
Boston Men’s Shed – £1000
To buy timber, tools & screws.
Boston Women’s Aid – £1500
To support victims of financial abuse.
Citizens Advice Mid Lincolnshire – £1500
To cover the costs of our telephone translation service.
Boston Volunteer Centre Charity – £1500
To renovate both kitchens for the first time in over 20 years.
Boston Waterways Ltd – £1500
To put crew and staff trough training

For a tutor to deliver movement to music session each week.
