Boston Big Local recently supported a fun Halloween Festival that helped to bring a sense of community ‘spirit’ to the town centre!
The spooky event was organised and delivered by the Boston Town Team on Thursday 27 October. It offered free family activities for the school holidays, including music, pumpkin picking, a cauldron trail, face painting, mask making, a craft workshop and scary stories. Several of the children also found themselves wrapped up in creating a mummy (see picture, right).
The activities took place in Boston Market Place, and local retailers also joined in the fun by dressing in Halloween costumes and decorating their shop windows to entertain shoppers.
