Leadership matters

Boston Big Local steering group met in July for a seminar on leadership matters. The idea for this session came from the newly formed steering group to build confidence and skills in taking forward Boston Big Local. Our aim is to build a shared understanding of leadership in Boston Big Local and apply this to the action plan. During our session we explored different aspects of leadership, build our leadership team and used these skills in developing our action plan. This action plan is our outline of the things that need to be done to build the community conversation, draw up a Profile of background information about the Boston Big Local area and develop our vision, priorities and delivery plan.
