This session had a positive and lively atmosphere, and everyone seemed excited to begin the painting and get messy. The group gathered for a cup of tea, biscuits and a chat. Joyce enjoyed eating hobnobs and telling me about how she knitted clothes for soldiers and sailors, Marti discussed the list of activity ideas she had brought in for our future sessions, and Andy danced to Frank Sinatra!
Carol began the arts and crafts session by showing the group an example of what they could create and design with the materials provided. Everyone was enthusiastic and was keen to start making their own designs.
